EUROLITE LED Pixel Ball PSU-5 ArtNet/DMX MK2 ohjausyksikkö jopa 150 Pixel Ballille

Where most pixel controllers stop at a handful of fixtures, the EUROLITE LED Pixel Ball PSU-5 ArtNet/DMX MK2 steps in as a dedicated command centre for up to 150 LED Pixel Balls. This is not a generic DMX splitter or a simple power brick — it is a purpose-built control and power distribution unit that turns a large installation of pixel balls into a single, manageable canvas. With five pixel ball output ports, ArtNet and DMX512 input, and an integrated 5 V power supply, it eliminates the need for multiple power adapters and messy cabling. The MK2 revision refines the original design with a clear LCD display for addressing and configuration, making setup straightforward even in complex rigs.

Highlights

• Controls up to 150 EUROLITE LED Pixel Balls (RGB, 3 channels each)
• Supports ArtNet and DMX512 protocols for flexible integration
• Five 3-pin XLR outputs for pixel ball connection, plus DMX in/out
• Integrated 5 V DC power supply with 10 A total output current
• LCD display for manual addressing and mode selection
• Robust metal housing, IP20 rated for indoor use

In daily use

Connect the PSU-5 to your lighting console via ArtNet over Ethernet or via DMX512, then run standard XLR cables to up to 150 pixel balls. The unit handles both data and power distribution, so each pixel ball receives a clean 5 V supply and its assigned DMX address. The LCD display allows you to set the starting address, choose between ArtNet or DMX mode, or run standalone programs without a console. With a maximum power consumption of just 50 W for the controller itself, it remains efficient even when driving a full complement of pixel balls. The metal housing ensures durability in rental and installation environments, while the IP20 rating means it is intended for indoor use only.
