F-puristin Bessey TWV28-30-17H 30 cm musta punainen ruostumaton teräs

The Bessey TWV28-30-17H F-clamp offers a 30 cm opening and a robust stainless steel construction finished in black and red. Designed for secure, precise holding, this clamp is suited to a range of workshop tasks where stability and repeatable pressure are required. With a weight of approximately 2.48 kg and a compact profile, it balances durability with manageable handling for both stationary and mobile work setups.

Advantages

The stainless steel frame provides corrosion resistance and long service life while the ergonomically shaped handle and quick-action mechanism allow controlled tightening and release. The clamp’s 30 cm throat depth accommodates medium-sized assemblies and panels. Its balanced weight gives a firm feel during clamping operations without being overly cumbersome for frequent repositioning.

Suitable for

• Woodworking glue-ups and panel assembly
• Metal fabrication and light welding fixtures
• Carpentry repairs and on-site installation work
• Hobbyist and professional workshop tasks requiring steady pressure

Key specifications

• Opening (maximum clamping capacity): 30 cm
• Material: stainless steel frame and components for corrosion resistance
• Finish: black and red coating for visual identification and surface protection
• Weight: approximately 2.48 kg
• Clamp type: F-clamp (bar clamp) suitable for linear pressure application

How to use

Position the fixed jaw against one workpiece face and slide the movable jaw along the bar until it contacts the opposite face. Use the handle to tighten the clamp until the required pressure is reached, ensuring even contact across the clamped surfaces. Release by operating the quick-release or reversing the tightening mechanism, depending on the clamp’s adjustment system. For repetitive tasks, pre-set the movable jaw close to the target width to speed up clamping operations.

Recommendations

Inspect clamped materials for proper alignment before applying full pressure to avoid marring or distortion. Use protective pads between the clamp jaws and finished surfaces when working with delicate materials. Store the clamp in a dry area to maintain the stainless steel finish and verify moving parts are free of debris for consistent performance.
