Yhden käden puristin Bessey EZ360-15 kääntyvällä kahvalla 150 mm ulottuma 80 mm

One-hand clamp Bessey EZ360-15 rotating handle 150 mm clamping depth 80 mm is a one-handed clamping tool designed for quick, precise holding of workpieces during glue-ups, assembly and light carpentry. The rotating handle enables rapid opening and closing with a single hand, while the 150 mm throat depth allows access to recessed areas. With a maximum clamping opening of 80 mm, the clamp is suitable for joining and securing small to medium-sized parts in workshop and production environments.

Advantages

The rotating handle ensures fast one-hand operation, reducing cycle time during repetitive tasks. The compact build of the clamp provides stable, even pressure across the jaws and improved accessibility in tight spaces. Durable materials and a straightforward mechanism make maintenance simple and provide reliable clamping force for routine workshop use.

Suitable for

• Gluing and edge joining of wooden panels and small boards
• Assembly work where one-handed operation speeds workflow
• Light carpentry, DIY projects and fixture holding
• Positioning and clamping parts for sanding, routing or drilling

Key specifications

• Clamping depth (throat): 150 mm
• Maximum clamping opening: 80 mm
• Operation: one-hand with rotating handle
• Design: compact, low-profile frame for tight spaces
• Intended application: light carpentry, assembly and glue-ups

How to use

Place the clamp so the workpiece rests between the fixed jaw and the sliding jaw. Use the rotating handle to open the jaws, position the clamp at the desired location and turn the handle to apply clamping pressure until the parts are held securely. For best results during glue-ups, apply steady, even pressure and avoid over-tightening. Release the clamp by rotating the handle in the opposite direction and retracting the sliding jaw.

Recommendations

Use protective pads or scrap wood between the jaws and finished surfaces to prevent marking. Inspect the clamp mechanism periodically for debris and ensure smooth rotation of the handle. For repetitive operations, position clamps consistently to maintain alignment and reduce setup time.
