fischer THERMAX 8/160 M6 lämmöneristyksen etäasennusjärjestelmä, musta/harmaa, 2 kpl 045684

The fischer THERMAX 8/160 M6 stands apart from conventional anchors by combining a glass-fibre reinforced nylon cone with a galvanized steel stud screw, creating a thermally broken connection that prevents heat loss through the fixing point. This stand-off mounting system is engineered for External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems (ETICS), allowing light to medium-heavy loads to be secured without compromising the insulation layer. The conical element transfers loads into the substrate while the screw remains isolated from the wall, eliminating thermal bridges and ensuring long-term energy efficiency.

Highlights

• Thermal bridge-free installation thanks to the separation of steel and substrate
• Glass-fibre reinforced nylon cone for high load-bearing capacity and durability
• Galvanized steel M6 stud screw with corrosion protection
• Suitable for insulation thicknesses up to 160 mm
• Quick through-hole installation in concrete, solid brick, perforated brick, and aerated concrete
• European Technical Assessment ETA-12/0071 confirms reliable performance

In daily use

On the construction site, the THERMAX 8/160 M6 speeds up mounting of façade elements, awnings, letterboxes, or satellite dishes. Drill an 8 mm hole to a depth of at least 170 mm, insert the plug, and drive the stud screw through the insulation into the cone. The system's design keeps the metal screw away from the wall, so no cold spot forms. The black and grey components blend discreetly with most render finishes, and the two-piece pack is ideal for small to medium fixing jobs.
