Good Connections OS2 singlemode SC/APC - SC/APC simplex kuitu-patchkaapeli, 9/125 µm, LSZH, keltainen, 0,5 m

For installations where a standard UPC polish simply is not enough, this Good Connections OS2 simplex patch cable pairs SC/APC connectors at both ends to deliver superior return loss performance and a stable, low-reflection link. The 9/125 µm single-mode core is optimised for 1310 nm and 1550 nm wavelengths, making it a dependable choice for FTTx, CATV, and long-haul backbone connections. At 0.5 metres, it bridges short gaps in patch panels, ONTs, or media converters without excess slack, while the yellow LSZH jacket keeps the cable identifiable and safe in enclosed spaces.

Highlights

• OS2 single-mode fibre with 9/125 µm core/cladding for low attenuation over long distances
• SC/APC to SC/APC connectors with angled polish for return loss ≥ 50 dB
• Simplex construction with 3.0 mm LSZH jacket, yellow for easy identification
• 0.5 m length ideal for patching in tight racks or wall boxes
• Compliant with RoHS and REACH, suitable for commercial and residential fibre installations

In daily use

Because both ends are APC-polished, this cable eliminates the high back reflections that can destabilise analogue RF signals or high-speed digital links. The LSZH jacket emits very low smoke and no halogen gases if exposed to fire, so it is safe for use in offices, data centres, and public buildings. The 3.0 mm diameter keeps the cable flexible enough for neat routing, while the yellow colour follows common single-mode conventions, reducing the chance of accidental mix-ups with multimode patch cords.
