Hallitsematon kytkin Trendnet TPE-TG82G

The Trendnet TPE-TG82G is an unmanaged 8-port Gigabit PoE+ switch that delivers data and power over Ethernet to compatible devices such as wireless access points and IP cameras. It provides a 61W total PoE budget, eight gigabit RJ-45 ports and a 16 Gbit/s switching capacity in a compact, fanless metal housing suitable for desktop or edge installations.

Advantages

This PoE switch supports both IEEE 802.3af (PoE) and IEEE 802.3at (PoE+) devices and supplies up to 61W of shared PoE power for up to eight connected devices. With gigabit ports and a 16 Gbit/s switching capacity it ensures full-duplex high-speed connectivity. The compact, lightweight metal design and fanless operation make it suitable for quiet environments and simple plug-and-play deployment without configuration.

Suitable for

• Powering and connecting wireless access points
• Supplying power to IP surveillance cameras
• Small office or branch network edge switching
• Desktop installations where silent operation is required

How to use

Place the switch on a stable, flat surface near your network devices and a power outlet. Connect your network uplink to one of the gigabit RJ-45 ports and attach PoE-capable devices (access points, IP cameras) to the remaining ports using standard Ethernet cables (Cat5e or higher recommended). Power on the switch; it operates in unmanaged plug-and-play mode and will automatically negotiate speed, duplex and PoE power with connected devices.

Recommendations

Distribute PoE power based on device power requirements to avoid exceeding the 61W total budget. Use Cat5e or better cables for gigabit performance and keep the switch in a well-ventilated, dust-free location despite its fanless design.
