HDMI-aktiivinen optinen kaapeli Kindermann Konnect 50 alu 5 m

Kindermann Konnect 50 alu 5 m is an HDMI active optical cable (AOC) engineered for stable high-speed digital video and audio transmission over a five-metre run. The cable combines HDMI interface compatibility with optical fibre signal transport to reduce attenuation and immunity to electromagnetic interference, enabling reliable connections between sources and displays in professional and consumer AV environments. It supports long-reach HDMI links without external signal boosters and is suited for installations where preserving signal integrity is important.

Advantages

The active optical construction keeps signal loss to a minimum while maintaining a slim, flexible cable profile suitable for routing in conference rooms, classrooms and home installations. Optical transport provides improved resistance to electromagnetic interference compared with traditional copper-only HDMI cables, and the integrated active electronics ensure correct signal conversion and stable handshake between source and sink devices. The 5 m length offers a balance between reach and manageability for many AV setups.

Key specifications

How to use

Connect one HDMI connector to the source device (for example a laptop, PC, media player or AV receiver) and the other HDMI connector to the display device (monitor, projector or TV). Ensure that both devices are powered and that the HDMI input on the display is selected. The cable contains active electronics and requires no separate power source in typical HDMI setups; plug-and-play operation is expected once devices complete the HDMI handshake. If a display does not detect a signal, check cable seating, source output resolution and device firmware or settings.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid sharp bends and excessive tension on the cable and keep cable runs clear of heavy electromagnetic sources. Confirm that connected devices support the intended video resolution and refresh rate; when using high resolutions or HDR formats, verify compatibility between source and display and update device firmware if necessary.
