The Vision TC 5MHDMI8K/BL is a 5 m HDMI cable with HDMI Type A male connectors, supporting HDMI 2.1 with a maximum data transfer rate of 48 Gbit/s and Audio Return Channel (ARC). The cable is intended for high-quality audio and video transmission between devices such as TVs, projectors and gaming consoles, and features gold-plated, compact connectors for improved contact and durability.

Advantages

The cable supports high bandwidth (48 Gbit/s) required for 8K signals and high refresh rates, provides ARC for audio return, and uses gold-plated compact connectors to reduce corrosion and maintain signal integrity. At 5 m length it offers flexibility for typical home and office AV setups while preserving signal quality.

Suitable for

• Connecting TVs and soundbars using ARC
• Linking gaming consoles to displays for high refresh rates and HDR
• Connecting projectors and media players in home theater setups
• Linking AV receivers and source devices in living rooms or conference rooms

Key specifications

• Cable length: 5 m
• Connectors: HDMI Type A (male) — both ends
• Standard: HDMI 2.1
• Maximum data rate: 48 Gbit/s
• Features: Audio Return Channel (ARC)

How to use

Insert HDMI Type A connectors into the HDMI output of the source device (for example a set-top box, console or media player) and into the HDMI input of the display device (TV, projector or AV receiver). Ensure both devices support the required HDMI features (HDMI 2.1/ARC) for full functionality. Route the 5 m cable to avoid sharp bends and pinching; secure connectors by pushing fully into the HDMI ports until they click or fit snugly.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the cable with devices that support HDMI 2.1 features to benefit from 48 Gbit/s bandwidth. Avoid running the cable alongside high-power electrical cables to reduce interference and keep connectors free of dust when not in use.
