How to use

Before starting, inspect the abrasive disc and mounting flange for damage and ensure the proper disc type is fitted. Secure the workpiece and set the grinder's speed to a low level for initial contact, increasing speed as needed for the task. Maintain a firm two-handed grip and move the grinder steadily across the work surface, avoiding excessive pressure that can overheat the disc or the material. Allow the tool to come to a complete stop before setting it down and unplug or switch off power when changing accessories.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection and gloves. Select the correct abrasive type and grit for the material and task to achieve efficient results and extend disc life. Periodically check ventilation slots and brushes (if accessible) and follow regular maintenance to preserve motor performance.
