Hiomalaikat Bosch 2608902452, Ø150 mm, 50 kpl:n pakkaus

Pack of 50 Bosch sanding discs, 150 mm diameter, designed for abrasive sanding tasks on wood, painted surfaces and other materials when used with compatible sanding machines or backing pads. The discs provide a bulk supply for workshops and renovation projects, enabling continuous work without frequent cartridge changes. These sanding discs are intended for surface preparation, smoothing and removal of paint or varnish layers.

Advantages

These sanding discs offer consistent abrasive performance across a pack of 50, helping to maintain uniform finishing results. The 150 mm diameter matches common orbital and random-orbit sanders and standard backing pads, ensuring stable contact with the work surface. The discs are supplied in a bulk pack for convenience, reducing downtime for replacements and providing a cost-effective solution for repetitive sanding tasks.

Suitable for

• Wood surface sanding and smoothing
• Paint and varnish removal prior to refinishing
• Surface preparation before priming or painting
• Light material removal and finishing in renovation projects
• Workshop production where bulk abrasive supply is needed

Key specifications

• Disc diameter: 150 mm
• Quantity in pack: 50 pieces
• Designed use: abrasive sanding for wood, painted and coated surfaces
• Compatible with: 150 mm backing pads and sanding machines using 150 mm discs
• Form factor: circular abrasive discs for power sanders

How to use

Attach a sanding disc to a compatible 150 mm backing pad or sander according to the machine manufacturer's instructions, ensuring secure fastening before operation. Start with a coarser grit if substantial material removal is required, then progress to finer grits for smoothing and finishing. Work with steady, even pressure and keep the sander moving to avoid creating low spots or heat buildup. Replace discs from the pack as they wear to maintain consistent sanding performance.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety goggles, dust mask and hearing protection. Match disc grit to the task: coarser grits for heavy removal, medium grits for general smoothing and finer grits for finishing. Check compatibility with your sander and backing pad size before use and store unused discs flat in a dry environment to preserve abrasive properties.
