Hiomalaikat Bosch C430 Expert puulle ja lakalle

The Bosch C430 Expert for Wood and Paint sanding discs are designed for efficient sanding of wood, veneer and painted surfaces. These discs feature an electrostatically open-coated abrasive that maintains consistent dust extraction and resists clogging, extending service life. The abrasive grit is resin-bonded for durability and the highly flexible C-/B-paper backing allows folding without cracking. Compatible with random orbital sanders, the discs are intended for keying and intermediate sanding of paint, varnish, filler, primer and wood-based materials, and can be used for smoothing feather edges and sanding after wetting on certain materials.

Advantages

Electrostatic open coat and spaced grit structure promote consistent dust removal and reduce clogging during use. Tough, fully synthetic resin-bonded abrasive resists wear for extended and repeated use. Flexible C-/B-paper backing enables folding and use on contoured surfaces without cracking. Specifically compatible with random orbital sanders for straightforward attachment and operation.

How to use

Select a disc with the appropriate grit for the task, attach it to a compatible random orbital sander according to the sander manufacturer's instructions, and operate the tool at recommended speeds. Use even, light pressure and move the sander continuously to avoid grooves. For painted or varnished surfaces start with a coarser grit for keying, then progress to finer grits for intermediate sanding and finishing. When sanding after wetting, ensure the material is suitable for this treatment and allow surfaces to dry if required by the substrate.

Recommendations

Store discs flat in a dry environment and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture. Replace a disc when abrasive wear reduces effectiveness. Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection and a dust mask when sanding.
