Hiomalaikat Bosch C430 Expert puulle ja lakalle

The Bosch C430 Expert for Wood and Paint sanding discs are designed for extended lifetime and consistent performance when sanding wood, veneer and painted or varnished surfaces. The discs use a fully synthetic resin-bonded abrasive on a highly flexible C-/B- paper backing, which allows folding without cracking. An electrostatic open-coated surface with space between the grits promotes dust removal and reduces sheet clogging. These sanding discs are compatible with random orbital sanders and are intended for keying and intermediate sanding of paint, varnish, filler, primer and wood-based materials, including smoothing feather edges and sanding after wetting on certain materials.

Advantages

The electrostatic open coat helps maintain dust extraction and prevents rapid clogging, while the tough abrasive grit resists wear for extended and repeated use. The fully synthetic resin bond increases durability and the flexible C-/B- paper backing enables folding without cracks, making the discs suitable for contour work and varied sanding tasks. Compatibility with random orbital sanders ensures wide usability across professional and DIY applications.

Suitable for

• Sanding and keying painted surfaces
• Intermediate sanding of varnish and lacquer
• Sanding wood, veneer and solid wood
• Smoothing feather edges and spot repair areas
• Sanding after wetting on suitable materials

How to use

Attach the sanding disc to a compatible random orbital sander according to the sander manufacturer's instructions. Use appropriate grit size for the task: coarser grits for material removal and keying, finer grits for intermediate sanding and finishing. Apply even pressure and maintain movement to avoid over-sanding one spot. Replace the disc when the abrasive performance diminishes or if the disc becomes clogged beyond recovery.

Recommendations

For best results, use with a dust extraction system or vacuum to take advantage of the electrostatic open coat design. Wear suitable personal protective equipment (dust mask, eye protection, gloves) and follow safety guidance for power tool use. Test on a small area when sanding surfaces after wetting to confirm compatibility.
