Hiomalaikka FEIN 63717229010 16 kpl

FEIN 63717229010 sanding discs (16 pcs) are abrasive discs with corundum grit bonded in synthetic resin, designed for general-purpose sanding on a wide range of materials. The 115 mm perforated discs can be used with or without dust extraction and attach via hook-and-loop fastening. The construction aims to reduce clogging and extend service life while delivering consistent sanding performance.

Advantages

Corundum abrasive grain and full bonding with artificial resins provide high sanding capacity, reduced clogging and prolonged disc life. The 115 mm diameter and perforations allow compatibility with many sanders and with or without dust extraction. Hook-and-loop fastening enables quick disc changes.

Suitable for

• Sanding wood surfaces and furniture
• Removing paint, varnish or coatings
• Smoothing metal and welded joints
• Preparing surfaces for painting or finishing
• General-purpose sanding in workshop and DIY projects

How to use

Attach a disc to a compatible 115 mm sander using the hook-and-loop backing. If your sander has a dust extraction function, align the disc perforations with the sander's holes for optimal dust removal. Start sanding with moderate pressure and move the sander steadily across the surface. Replace discs when abrasive effectiveness decreases or if the disc becomes heavily clogged or damaged.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, dust mask and hearing protection. Test on a small area first to select the correct grit for the task and avoid excessive heat build-up by using moderate pressure and allowing the abrasive to do the work.
