Hiomapadi FEIN 63717088012 50 kpl

The FEIN sanding pad set with 50 pieces is designed to deliver consistent sanding results for a range of surfaces. Compatible with FEIN sanding tools, this set supplies a sufficient number of pads for extended work sessions and multiple projects. The pads are intended to provide even material removal and a reliable interface between abrasive sheets and the machine.

Advantages

These sanding pads offer uniform contact pressure and stable grip to abrasive sheets, which helps maintain consistent surface finish across wood, paint, and filler materials. The set of 50 ensures frequent replacement without interrupting workflow, reducing downtime on both professional and home projects. Durability and compatibility with FEIN systems contribute to predictable sanding results and efficient task completion.

Suitable for

• Surface preparation of wooden furniture and panels
• Paint and varnish removal prior to refinishing
• Sanding filler and putty on interior and exterior surfaces
• General smoothing and finishing of soft and medium-hard materials

Key specifications

• Quantity: 50 pads per set
• Compatibility: designed for use with FEIN sanding tools and systems
• Function: provides backing and support for abrasive sheets during sanding
• Typical applications: fine and medium sanding tasks on wood, painted surfaces, and fillers

How to use

Attach the sanding pad to the compatible FEIN sanding tool according to the tool manufacturer's instructions, making sure the pad is secured and centered. Apply the appropriate abrasive sheet to the pad, ensuring proper adhesion or fastening method is used. Operate the sanding tool at recommended speeds and use steady, even passes across the surface. Replace pads as they show signs of wear or loss of cushioning to maintain consistent sanding quality.

Recommendations

For best results, match abrasive grit to the task—coarser grits for material removal and finer grits for finishing. Inspect pads periodically for compression or damage and replace from the set of 50 when cushioning performance declines. Follow FEIN tool safety guidelines, use appropriate personal protective equipment, and ensure proper dust extraction when sanding.
