Hiomapaperi FEIN 63717109035 50 kpl

50 abrasive sheets in a set for universal sanding tasks, covering coarse to fine grits for use on wood, paint, metal and other common materials. The FEIN 63717109035 pack includes sheets with a full resin bond and aluminum oxide abrasive for efficient material removal, reduced glazing and extended tool life. Sheets are perforated and feature hook-and-loop backing for use with a backing pad and dust extraction systems; the set contains 10 sheets each of 60, 80, 120, 180 and 240 grit.

Advantages

The abrasive composition (aluminum oxide with full resin bond) provides fast cutting action and consistent wear resistance across grits. Perforation and hook-and-loop attachment enable quick fitting to compatible FEIN sanders and efficient dust extraction. The assortment of grits in one pack simplifies progression from coarse stock removal to fine finishing and offers cost savings versus buying sheets individually.

Suitable for

• Removing paint and varnish
• Sanding raw and finished wood
• Metal deburring and light surface preparation
• Progressive finishing between sanding stages

Key specifications

• Brand: Fein
• MPN: 63717109035
• EAN: 4014586213002
• Quantity: 50 sheets (10 × 60 / 80 / 120 / 180 / 240 grit)
• Abrasive: Aluminum oxide
• Bond: Full resin
• Attachment: Hook and loop (velcro)
• Perforated: Yes (for dust extraction)

How to use

Select the appropriate grit for the task (start with coarse grits for material removal, then move to finer grits for smoothing). Attach a sheet to a compatible backing pad using the hook-and-loop surface, ensure the sheet is aligned with the pad perforations for dust extraction, and operate the sander according to the machine manufacturer's safety and operating instructions. Replace sheets when abrasive performance declines or when the grit is clogged.

Recommendations

For best results, use progressive sanding steps (for example 80 → 120 → 180) and keep the sanding surface and abrasive clean. Combine with a dust extraction system to maintain visibility and prolong sheet life. Match grit choice to material and desired finish.
