Hiomapaperi FEIN 63717231020 16 kpl

The FEIN 63717231020 sanding disc set contains 16 perforated 115 mm discs designed for universal sanding on a wide range of materials. Corundum abrasive grit and full bonding with synthetic resins provide high sanding capacity, reduced clogging and extended service life. Discs feature hook-and-loop fastening and can be used with or without dust extraction.

Advantages

Corundum grit ensures effective material removal while resisting premature wear. Full resin bonding reduces clogging and maintains cutting performance over time. The perforated design allows compatibility with dust extraction systems but also works without them. Hook-and-loop fastening enables quick disc changes.

Suitable for

• Sanding wood and painted surfaces
• Preparation and smoothing of metal and plastic parts
• Surface finishing of furniture and joinery
• General-purpose DIY and renovation tasks

How to use

Attach a disc to a compatible 115 mm sander using the hook-and-loop backing, ensuring the perforations align with the sander's dust extraction holes if using extraction. Start sanding at low speed to check compatibility with the material, then increase speed and apply even pressure for consistent results. Replace discs when abrasive performance diminishes or when damage is visible.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses, dust mask and hearing protection). For best results on large dust-producing jobs connect to a compatible dust extraction system and select the grit grade appropriate to the task.
