Hiomapaperi KWB 492808 5 kpl

Sanding sheet KWB 492808 is a set of five 93 mm delta sanding discs designed for detail and delta sanders. Coated with aluminium oxide abrasive and bonded with phenolic resin on a strong backing with hook-and-loop fabric, these discs are suitable for sanding wood and metal surfaces, as well as paint, varnish, filler, stone and plastics.

Advantages

The discs combine aluminium oxide abrasive for effective material removal with a durable phenolic resin bond for longer life. Their strong backing and hook-and-loop fabric allow quick attachment and secure fit on compatible delta/detail sanders. The punched design promotes dust extraction and consistent sanding performance across different materials.

How to use

Attach a disc to a compatible delta or detail sander using the hook-and-loop backing. Start sanding with light pressure and move the tool evenly across the surface. Increase pressure or use coarser grit if faster material removal is needed, then follow with finer grits for a smooth finish. Replace discs when abrasive performance decreases or if the backing becomes damaged.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (eye protection, dust mask and hearing protection) and follow the sander manufacturer's safety instructions. Test on a small area to choose the correct grit and avoid excessive heat build-up when sanding metal or painted surfaces.
