Hiomapaperi Metabo 635203000 10 kpl 133 mm x 80 mm

The Metabo sanding sheet pack contains ten abrasive sheets sized 133 mm x 80 mm, designed for manual and machine sanding tasks. These sheets are intended to deliver consistent material removal and a uniform surface finish on wood, painted surfaces, primers and softer metals. Compatible with handheld sanding blocks and many detail sanders that accept rectangular sheets, the pack provides replacement abrasives suitable for professional tradespeople and DIY users who need a compact, ready-to-use supply.

Advantages

These sanding sheets offer a balanced combination of cutting action and surface refinement, helping to achieve an even finish with reduced clogging. The standard rectangular format fits common sanding pads and detail sanders, making sheet changes quick and minimizing downtime. Supplied in a pack of ten, they provide a convenient quantity for small-to-medium jobs while maintaining consistent abrasive performance from sheet to sheet.

Suitable for

• Sanding and smoothing wooden surfaces before finishing
• Removing old paint, varnish or surface contaminants
• Surface preparation of primers and filler areas
• Light deburring and finishing of soft metals and plastics

Key specifications

• Sheet dimensions: 133 mm x 80 mm
• Pack quantity: 10 sheets
• Rectangular sheet format compatible with standard sanding pads
• Suitable for manual sanding blocks and many detail/handheld sanders
• Intended for wood, painted surfaces, primers, soft metals and plastics

How to use

Select a sheet with the appropriate grit for the material and stage of work, attach it firmly to the sanding pad or block, and maintain even pressure while moving the tool along the workpiece. For painted or varnished surfaces, start with a coarser grit to remove coating layers and progress to finer grit sheets to refine the surface. Replace sheets when abrasive effectiveness decreases or when clogging affects finish quality.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and a dust mask when sanding. Test on a scrap piece for compatibility with finishes and substrates, and store unused sheets flat in a dry environment to preserve abrasive performance.
