Hiomapaperi Metabo 635201000 10 kpl 133 mm x 80 mm

The Metabo 635201000 sanding sheet set contains ten sheets sized 133 mm by 80 mm designed for manual or machine-assisted sanding tasks. Each sheet is manufactured to provide consistent abrasive performance across a range of surfaces, offering a balance of durability and flexibility suitable for smoothing, finishing, and surface preparation. The compact dimensions make these sheets compatible with detail sanders and narrow-surface sanding operations where control and access to tight spots are required.

Advantages

These sanding sheets deliver uniform abrasive action and consistent grit performance throughout the sheet area, helping to achieve even material removal. The format allows quick replacement and tidy handling, while the material composition ensures resistance to premature wear and clogging during general sanding tasks. Their standard size supports both precision work and broader finishing passes when used with appropriately sized sanding tools.

Suitable for

• Sanding and smoothing wood surfaces prior to finishing
• Removing paint, varnish, or surface contaminants in small or detailed areas
• Preparation of metal surfaces for priming or painting
• Refinishing furniture, cabinetry, and trim work

Key specifications

• Quantity: 10 pieces per pack
• Sheet dimensions: 133 mm × 80 mm
• Compatibility: designed for detail and narrow-surface sanders or manual use
• Abrasive type: general-purpose sanding abrasive suitable for wood, paint and light metalwork
• Format: flat sheets for easy cutting or attachment to platen-backed sanders

How to use

Select the appropriate grit grade for the task and attach the sheet to the sander or hold it securely for manual sanding. Apply steady, even pressure and move the sheet with the grain on wood or in controlled strokes on metal and painted surfaces. Replace sheets when the abrasive becomes worn or clogged to maintain effective sanding performance. For machine use, ensure the sheet is properly seated and fastened according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions to avoid slippage.

Recommendations

Use progressively finer grits for finishing passes: start with a coarser sheet to remove material or old coatings, then switch to finer sheets to achieve a smooth surface. Keep sheets clean during use to prolong service life, and store them flat in a dry environment to maintain shape and performance.
