The Metabo 628225000 circular saw blade for wood is a single-sheet replacement blade designed to deliver precise cuts in various wood materials. Lightweight at approximately 135 g, it is intended for use with compatible Metabo circular saws and offers a balance between cutting accuracy and durability. The blade's tooth geometry and material combination are optimized for clean crosscuts and rip cuts in soft and hardwoods, allowing controlled feed and minimal tear-out on finished surfaces.

Advantages

This circular saw blade provides consistent cutting performance and long life under normal woodworking conditions. Its lightweight construction reduces rotational load on the tool, while the tooth profile supports smooth material removal and reduced chipping. The blade is supplied as a single unit, making it convenient for replacing worn or damaged blades quickly to restore original cutting characteristics.

Suitable for

• Crosscutting and ripping of softwood and hardwood
• Panel cutting, plywood and engineered wood boards
• Workshop and on-site carpentry tasks requiring clean edges

How to use

Ensure the saw and blade are compatible and that the tool is disconnected from the power source before installation. Mount the blade following the tool manufacturer's instructions, checking that the blade rotation direction matches the machine's arrow. Secure the blade with the appropriate flange and tightening torque. During cutting, use the correct feed speed and blade guard settings, and let the blade reach full speed before contacting the workpiece to achieve clean cuts.

Recommendations

For best results, use the blade on straight, secure workpieces and avoid excessive lateral pressure. Regularly inspect the blade for wear or damage and replace it when teeth become dull or chipped. Use appropriate personal protective equipment and follow tool safety instructions when changing or operating the blade.
