Hiomapaperit Bosch C430 Expert puulle ja maalille 5 kpl

The Bosch C430 Expert for Wood and Paint sanding sheets (5 pcs) are designed for sanding and keying paint, varnish, filler, primer and wood-based materials. The sheets feature a durable synthetic resin-bonded abrasive grit and an electrostatic open-coated surface that promotes consistent dust removal and reduces clogging, extending useful life. The flexible C-/B-paper backing allows folding without cracking and the format is compatible with delta sanders.

Advantages

Electrostatic open-coated surface ensures effective dust extraction and less sheet clogging. Tough abrasive grit resists wear for prolonged use. Flexible backing permits folding and working into corners without cracking. Compatible with delta sanders and suitable for both intermediate varnish sanding and general wood/paint surface preparation.

How to use

Select the appropriate grit for the material and task. Attach the C430 Expert sheet to a compatible delta sander or use by hand for edge and detail work. Sand with steady, even strokes, keeping moderate pressure to avoid over-sanding. For intermediate varnish sanding, work until the surface is evenly dulled and free of defects before applying the next coat. Replace the sheet when abrasive performance declines.

Recommendations

For best results use proper dust extraction with the electrostatic open-coated sheets and choose the correct grit for the stage of work. Store sheets flat and dry to preserve backing flexibility and performance.
