Hiomapaperit Bosch X440 Best for Wood and Paint 3 kpl

The Bosch X440 Best for Wood and Paint sanding sheets are designed to remove material efficiently from old paint, varnish and wooden surfaces. Each sheet features a semi-friable aluminium oxide abrasive grain bonded with a fully synthetic resin for improved wear resistance in heavy-duty sanding. The backing uses robust x-cloth with a high-quality joint for strength during extended work, and the electrostatic open-coated grit supports consistent dust removal for continuous sanding. This pack contains 3 sanding sheets compatible with power files and is suitable for tasks such as smoothing feather edges, flush sanding rebates and edges on wood and coated surfaces.

Advantages

High-performance aluminium oxide grain provides efficient material removal on paint, varnish and wood. Robust x-cloth backing with a quality joint increases durability and strength under repeated use. Electrostatic open-coating on the grit improves dust extraction and maintains consistent sanding performance. Fully synthetic resin bonding enhances resistance to wear in demanding applications.

How to use

Attach a Bosch X440 sanding sheet to a compatible power file or sanding block according to the tool manufacturer's instructions. Begin sanding with moderate pressure, moving evenly across the surface to remove paint, varnish or even out wood. Check progress frequently and replace the sheet when abrasive performance declines to maintain consistent results.

Recommendations

For best results use with proper dust extraction and appropriate personal protective equipment (eye protection and dust mask). Choose the correct grit grade for the task: coarser grits for rapid material removal and finer grits for finishing. Replace sheets when clogged or worn to preserve sanding efficiency.
