InfiniBand/kuitu-kaapeli BlueOptics G9XEM4H-BO QSFP28 AOC 30 m aqua

The BlueOptics G9XEM4H-BO QSFP28 AOC 30 m Aqua is an active optical cable (AOC) designed for 100GBASE-SR4 applications. It features QSFP28 connectors on both ends and a 30 meter fibre-optic link in an aqua jacket. The cable supports high-speed, low-latency optical transmission for data centre and high-performance computing environments and is built to comply with MSA QSFP28 mechanical and electrical standards for broad hardware compatibility.

Advantages

This AOC provides 100 Gbps aggregated bandwidth with simultaneous transmit and receive channels, minimizing latency and electromagnetic interference. The cable includes Digital Diagnostics Monitoring (DDM/DOM) functionality for real-time monitoring of module voltage, temperature, laser bias current, and optical power, aiding in maintenance and troubleshooting. Built from high-quality optical and electronic components, the product is durable, flexible for rack-to-rack connections and designed for long service life in continuous operation.

How to use

Insert each QSFP28 connector into the corresponding port on compatible network equipment until the latch engages. Ensure both ends are seated correctly and that the host devices support QSFP28 optical AOCs and, if required, DDM/DOM features to enable diagnostics. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and mechanical stress; maintain the manufacturer’s minimum bend radius. No additional configuration is typically required beyond verifying link status and speed in the network devices.

Recommendations

Use the cable for short to medium distance optical links inside data centre racks or between adjacent racks. Verify hardware compatibility and DDM/DOM support on both endpoints before deployment, avoid tight bends and mechanical strain, and keep connectors clean to maintain optical performance.
