InfiniBand-/kuitu-kaapeli SFP+ BlueOptics S26361-F3873-L501-BL uros/uros

The BlueOptics S26361-F3873-L501-BL is an InfiniBand/fibre optic cable with SFP+ male connectors on both ends, designed for high-speed data transmission in networking and data center environments. The cable supports reliable optical links between SFP+ ports, offering low attenuation and stable signal transfer suitable for short- to medium-reach connections where SFP+ interfaces are used.

Advantages

This SFP+ fibre optic cable provides consistent high-speed connectivity with SFP+ compliant male connectors on both ends, ensuring straightforward plug-and-play installation in compatible equipment. The BlueOptics construction focuses on signal integrity and connector durability to reduce connection losses and provide long-term reliability in rack and cabinet environments. The blue jacket offers easy visual identification in structured cabling installations.

Key specifications

• Connector type: SFP+ male to SFP+ male
• Transmission medium: fibre optic
• Intended protocols: InfiniBand and comparable high-speed optical interfaces
• Cable colour: blue jacket for easy identification
• Application environment: data centers, server rooms, networking racks

How to use

Insert each SFP+ male connector into the corresponding SFP+ port on your networking devices, ensuring connectors are fully seated and latches (if present) engage. Use hands or a suitable ESD-safe tool to avoid damage to the fibre endfaces. Verify link status on both devices after connection and, if required, clean optical interfaces before installation with approved fibre cleaning tools to maintain optimal signal performance.

Recommendations

For consistent performance, store and route the fibre cable avoiding tight bends and excessive tensile force. Inspect and clean SFP+ endfaces before mating, and keep the cable labeled for quick identification in dense rack deployments.
