InLine DVI-A -adapteri DVI 24+5 naaras / HD15 uros, kultapinnoitettu

The InLine DVI-A Adapter DVI 24+5 female / HD15 male gold plated provides a passive interface between DVI-A video outputs and VGA (HD15) inputs. It features a DVI 24+5 (DVI-A) female connector on one side and a gold-plated HD15 (VGA) male connector on the other, in a compact black housing. The adapter permits analog video signals to be routed from devices with a DVI-A output to displays, projectors or other equipment with a VGA input without requiring additional converters.

Advantages

The adapter uses gold-plated contacts on the HD15 male connector to improve conductivity and reduce potential signal degradation. Its compact form factor and standard connector types make it easy to integrate into existing setups. The passive design requires no power or drivers and maintains the analogue signal path when both source and display support DVI-A/VGA analogue signalling.

Suitable for

• Connecting a DVI-A equipped graphics card to a VGA monitor
• Hooking a DVI-A video output to a projector with VGA input
• Temporary or portable setups where a small passive adapter is needed

Key specifications

• Connector A: DVI 24+5 (DVI-A) female
• Connector B: HD15 (VGA) male, gold plated contacts
• Signal type: Analog video (DVI-A to VGA)
• Housing colour: Black
• Design: Passive adapter, no external power required

How to use

Ensure that the source device provides an analogue DVI-A signal before connecting. Align the DVI 24+5 female connector with the DVI-A output on the source and push gently until secure, then insert the HD15 male connector into the VGA input of the display or projector. If the VGA connector includes thumbscrews on the display or cable end, tighten them by hand to secure the connection. No drivers or external power are required; the adapter passes the analogue video signal directly between connectors.

Recommendations

Use this adapter only when both the source and the display support analogue video signalling (DVI-A/VGA). Avoid bending or applying excessive force to connectors and cables. For digital-only DVI (DVI-D) outputs, use an active digital-to-analogue converter instead of this passive adapter.
