InLine kuitu-duplexkaapeli SC/SC 9/125µm OS2 1 m

The InLine Fiber Optical Duplex Cable SC/SC 9/125µm OS2 1m provides a 9 µm core diameter and OS2 single-mode fiber optimized for long-distance, low-loss data transmission. The cable features SC connectors on both ends and supports full duplex communication, making it suitable for reliable links between network devices and fiber equipment.

Advantages

This duplex fiber cable offers low attenuation and stable signal quality due to its 9/125 µm OS2 construction. SC/SC terminations ensure simple push-pull mating and broad compatibility with equipment that uses SC interfaces. The 1 m length provides a compact connection option for rack-mounted and short-span installations while maintaining single-mode performance for extended runs when needed.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches, routers and transceivers with SC ports
• Data center patching and fiber backbone links
• Telecommunications and long-distance single-mode links

How to use

Inspect connectors and ports for dust or debris before connection. Align and insert the SC connectors into the corresponding SC ports until they click into place, taking care to avoid sharp bends in the fiber. For removal, depress the SC latch and gently withdraw the connector. Use appropriate fiber handling practices to prevent damage to the cable and connectors.

Recommendations

Store the cable in a dry environment and avoid tight bends beyond the manufacturer's minimum bend radius. Clean connector endfaces with proper fiber cleaning tools before making critical connections to ensure optimal signal performance.
