InLine Mini SAS HD -kaapeli SFF-8643 kulmaliitin - SFF-8087 sidebandilla 0,5 m

The InLine Mini SAS HD Cable SFF-8643 angled to SFF-8087 0.5m is an internal Mini SAS HD cable for connecting devices with a Mini SAS HD 4i (SFF-8643) interface to devices or backplanes with a SAS SFF-8087 connector. Its 0.5 m length and angled SFF-8643 connector make it suitable for tight installations inside servers and workstations, providing reliable data transfer between a SAS controller and storage devices.

Advantages

The angled SFF-8643 connector allows easier routing and mounting in confined spaces. The cable supports sideband signals to enhance compatibility with SAS controllers and backplanes. With a compact 0.5 m length and black jacket, the cable is suitable for internal cable management and short-reach connections inside chassis.

Suitable for

• Connecting a SAS controller (SFF-8643) to a backplane or expander with SFF-8087
• Internal connections in servers and rackmount storage systems
• Workstation or NAS builds that require Mini SAS HD to SFF-8087 linkage

Connect the SFF-8087 end to the backplane or target device. Ensure connectors are fully seated and that cable routing does not obstruct airflow or interfere with other components.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, use this cable only for internal SAS connections at short distances (0.5 m). Avoid sharp bends near the connectors and ensure the system is powered off during installation or removal. Keep the cable away from high-heat components and replace if the jacket or connectors are damaged.
