IP-dome-valvontakamera ABUS PPIC52520 johdollinen & johdoton 4K 3840x2160 4 mm objektiivi 1 lx seinäasennus

The ABUS PPIC52520 SmartLook dome camera is an outdoor pan & tilt IP security camera that records in 4K (3840 x 2160) and is suitable for wall mounting. It offers wired and wireless network connectivity, night vision up to 20 m, two-way audio and an included microSD card for immediate recording. The camera is weatherproof (IP66) and supports automatic object differentiation to reduce false alerts through the App2Cam Plus mobile app.

Advantages

This camera delivers ultra-sharp 4K recordings day and night with infrared night vision and stores footage locally on the supplied, exchangeable microSD card so no subscription or account is required. It supports both Wi‑Fi (2.4/5 GHz) and Ethernet for flexible placement, provides two-way audio for contactless communication and includes configurable privacy zones and pre-recording to show events up to 5 seconds before motion detection. Automatic detection differentiates people, animals and vehicles to send relevant push notifications only.

Suitable for

• Home and garden surveillance where a weatherproof outdoor camera is needed
• Monitoring entrances, driveways or parcel drop-off areas with two-way audio
• Users who prefer local recording without subscription and want quick setup via Bluetooth and the App2Cam Plus app

When it may not be suitable

If you require built-in cloud storage or a managed subscription service from the manufacturer, this camera is designed primarily for local recording on the included microSD card and free app features. Also, environments requiring pan/tilt limits or specialty lenses beyond the fixed 4 mm focal length may need a different model.

How to use

Install the camera on a suitable outdoor wall mount following the included instructions and connect it to power. Use the App2Cam Plus mobile app and Bluetooth for a guided setup, then connect the camera to your home network via Wi‑Fi (2.4 or 5 GHz) or a LAN cable. Configure motion detection sensitivity, privacy zones and preset pan/tilt positions in the app. Use the live view for monitoring, two‑way audio to speak through the camera and access recorded footage on the microSD card via the app.

What to consider before purchase

• Requires a stable Wi‑Fi network (2.4 or 5 GHz) or Ethernet connection for live streaming and remote access
• Fixed 4 mm lens — no optical zoom; consider field of view requirements before installation
• Local recording on microSD is included; review your preferred backup or cloud strategy if remote storage is required
• Ensure mounting location provides power access and appropriate coverage up to the stated night-vision range

Recommendations

Position the camera at a height and angle that covers entrances or parcel drop zones, set privacy zones to mask neighbouring properties, and adjust motion sensitivity to reduce alerts from foliage or traffic. Regularly check and optionally replace the microSD card for long-term storage and enable over‑the‑air updates in the app to keep firmware current.
