Extension cable AS Schwabe 60310 — 10 m, black, mains power cable is a 10-metre, flexible mains extension lead designed to provide additional reach for electrical devices. The cable features a black outer sheath and standard mains connectors suitable for indoor and manufacturer-specified outdoor use. It is intended to extend the distance between a fixed mains outlet and appliances, tools or lighting where extra length is required.

Advantages

The cable offers a long 10 m length to bridge the gap between power outlets and devices, while the flexible jacket helps with handling and routing in confined spaces. How to use

Connect the extension cable firmly into a suitable mains socket and plug the device into the opposite end, ensuring both connectors are fully seated. Avoid overloading the cable by checking the device power requirements and ensuring the combined load does not exceed the capacity of the mains circuit or the cable's rated current. Place the cable so it does not create a trip hazard and do not run it under carpets or through windows where it could be pinched.

Recommendations

Use the cable only for its intended purpose and follow local electrical safety regulations. Inspect the cable and connectors regularly for signs of damage; do not use if the sheath or connectors are compromised. For outdoor use, ensure conditions match manufacturer guidance and protect connectors from moisture. When in doubt about load capacity or installation, consult a qualified electrician.
