Jatkojohto AWTools 20 m 3x1,5 mm – AWTools 1028763

AWTools 20 m power extension cord with 3x1.5 mm conductors provides a 20-metre reach for extending mains power to tools, appliances and temporary installations. The cable is configured for single-phase use with three conductors (live, neutral, earth) and is intended for indoor and covered outdoor environments where additional cable length is needed. The design focuses on basic functionality, ease of handling and safe temporary power distribution.

Advantages

The AWTools extension cord offers a long 20 m length that reduces the need for multiple shorter cables and makes it easier to power devices at a distance from fixed outlets. The 3x1.5 mm conductor cross-section balances flexibility and current-carrying capacity for typical household and light workshop equipment. The cable’s three-conductor layout ensures protective earthing for connected devices, and the product is suitable for straightforward single-phase connections.

How to use

Unroll the AWTools extension cord fully before use to avoid overheating and tangling. Connect the plug to a suitable grounded socket and ensure the socket’s rated current matches the load. Attach the appliance or tool plug to the cord’s outlet, making sure the connection is secure and the protective earth is present. Avoid using the cable in exposed wet conditions or where it can be damaged by sharp objects or heavy traffic.

Recommendations

For safe operation, do not exceed the current rating appropriate for 1.5 mm² conductors and avoid prolonged use at near-maximum load. Store the cable coiled without tight bends, inspect connectors and insulation regularly, and replace the cord if any damage is found. Use under cover when working outdoors and keep the cable away from heat sources and sharp edges.
