Jyrsinterä Bosch 2608629386 50,8 mm työleveys, 2 mm paksuus

The Groove Cutter Disc Bosch 50.8 mm working width, 2 mm thickness is a precision accessories designed for slotting and grooving operations on compatible handheld and stationary power tools. Engineered by Bosch, the disc delivers a narrow, consistent cut suitable for joinery work, creating channels for wiring or piping, and other installation or repair tasks that require controlled material removal. Its 50.8 mm cutting width and slim 2 mm thickness enable accurate grooves with minimal material waste when used with the recommended feed and rpm ranges.

Advantages

The disc provides stable cutting performance with repeatable groove dimensions and clean edges when mounted correctly. Its narrow kerf reduces the amount of removed material, helping to preserve structural integrity and limit dust. Designed for compatibility with Bosch and other compatible cutting machines, the disc balances cutting speed and finish quality to suit a range of common building materials. Durable construction supports consistent operation across multiple cuts under normal working conditions.

Suitable for

• Creating slots and channels in wood and composite boards
• Routing wiring or conduits into walls and panels
• Joinery tasks that require narrow, precise grooving
• Installation and repair work where repeatable cuts are needed

Key specifications

• Working width: 50.8 mm
• Disc thickness (kerf): 2 mm
• Designed for use with compatible power cutting machines
• Intended for precision grooving and slotting applications

How to use

Install the groove cutter disc on a compatible tool following the machine manufacturer's instructions, ensuring the arbor fits securely and the disc is tightened to the specified torque. Set cutting depth and fence or guide to achieve the desired groove dimensions. Use appropriate feed speed and rotational speed recommended for the material being cut; maintain steady, controlled passes across the workpiece and avoid forcing the disc through material. Ensure the workpiece is securely clamped and perform a test cut to confirm alignment and depth before proceeding with production cuts.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye and hearing protection and a dust mask. Select cutting speeds and feed rates that match the material to prevent overheating or chipping. Keep the disc and tool clean and perform regular inspections for wear or damage; replace the disc if any cracks, significant wear, or deformation are found. Follow the power tool manufacturer's guidelines for maximum rpm and safe operation.
