Kaapeliadapteri HDMI-A ShiverPeaks SP10-01051 musta hopea

The ShiverPeaks SP10-01051 Black Silver is an HDMI-A gender changer designed to join two standard HDMI-A cables. With gold-plated contacts and a compact metal housing in black and silver, the adapter provides a straightforward solution for extending HDMI runs or converting cable orientation without altering signal format. It supports typical HDMI audio and video pass-through when used with compatible HDMI cables and devices.

Advantages

The gold-plated contacts reduce corrosion and improve electrical conductivity for stable signal transfer. Its compact form factor and metal finish offer durability and a low-profile connection that fits behind furniture or inside AV racks. The adapter requires no power or software and maintains the physical HDMI-A connection standard between devices and cables.

Suitable for

• Joining two HDMI-A cables to extend cable length
• Adapting cable orientation in tight spaces behind TVs or monitors
• Connecting HDMI sources and displays when a single long cable is unavailable
• Temporary or permanent AV installations in home or office setups

Key specifications

• Connector type: HDMI-A (female) to HDMI-A (female)
• Contacts: gold-plated for corrosion resistance and improved conductivity
• Housing: metal shell with black and silver finish
• Function: passive gender changer / coupler for HDMI-A cables
• Power: passive device, no external power required

How to use

Insert each HDMI-A cable into the respective female HDMI-A ports of the gender changer until the connectors click or seat firmly. Ensure both HDMI cables and connected devices are powered off when making the physical connection to avoid hot-plug issues. After connections are made, power on your source and display devices and verify signal transmission. If signal issues occur, check cable integrity and try shorter or higher-quality HDMI cables.

Recommendations

The adapter is intended for joining two HDMI-A cables of the same category. For high-bandwidth video formats (e.g., 4K at high refresh rates or HDR), use certified high-speed HDMI cables and minimize the number of couplers to preserve signal quality.
