Kaapelin puristuspihdit Cimco 106140 yhdistelmätyökalu musta punainen 220 mm

The Cimco 106140 Combination Cable Crimper is a 220 mm hand tool designed for precision crimping of a variety of cable terminals and connectors. Finished in black and red, the tool combines multiple functions in a single compact device, allowing reliable mechanical connections for electrical wiring tasks. The ergonomic handle and solid construction target consistent performance in professional and home workshop environments.

Advantages

The combination tool integrates crimping, cutting and stripping functions into one instrument, reducing the need to carry several separate tools. Its 220 mm length provides leverage for controlled crimping force while remaining compact enough for confined workspaces. The molded handles improve grip and reduce hand fatigue during repetitive operations. Hardened working jaws maintain dimensional accuracy over repeated use, supporting consistent terminal crimp quality.

Suitable for

• Crimping insulated and non-insulated terminals and ferrules
• Electrical installation and maintenance tasks
• Automotive wiring repairs and aftermarket installations
• DIY projects and small workshop cable work

Key specifications

• Overall length: 220 mm
• Tool type: combination crimper (crimping, cutting, stripping)
• Handle finish: molded black and red grips for improved ergonomics
• Working jaws: hardened steel for wear resistance
• Intended materials: copper and tinned copper conductors, insulated and uninsulated terminals

How to use

Position the conductor and terminal correctly in the appropriate crimping cavity, then squeeze the handles firmly and evenly until the crimp is fully set. For cutting or stripping, use the designated cutting edge or stripping slot, aligning the cable and applying controlled pressure to remove insulation without damaging the conductor. Inspect the crimp visually and, if necessary, perform a pull test to ensure mechanical integrity.

Recommendations

Use the tool for its intended purpose only; do not apply excessive force beyond what is required to form a proper crimp. Keep the jaws clean and periodically check for wear. For best results, select the correct crimping cavity for the terminal size and verify crimps on sample pieces when working with new connector types or conductor sizes.
