Kaapelinsuojus DELOCK 19016, silikoni läpinäkyvä, sisä-Ø 6 mm, ulko-Ø 8 mm, pituus 20 m, lämpötila -40–200 °C

DELOCK 19016 is a transparent silicone cable sleeve designed to protect, bundle and route cables. With an inner diameter of 6 mm, outer diameter of 8 mm and a length of 20 m, this sleeve offers continuous coverage for cable runs while remaining flexible and easy to install. The silicone construction provides broad temperature resistance from -40 °C to 200 °C, making it suitable for demanding environments in industrial, automotive and electronics applications.

Advantages

The transparent silicone material combines high flexibility with thermal stability, allowing the sleeve to maintain shape and protection across a wide temperature range. Its smooth, resilient surface resists abrasion and provides mechanical protection for cables without adding significant bulk. The long 20 m length reduces the need for multiple segments, and the transparent finish enables visual inspection of cable bundles while installed.

Suitable for

• Cable routing and bundling in control cabinets and wiring harnesses
• Insulation and protection of signal and power lines in industrial equipment
• Automotive cable protection in engine bays and under-hood applications
• Electronics and laboratory setups where temperature resistance and flexibility are required

Key specifications

• Material: silicone
• Inner diameter: 6 mm
• Outer diameter: 8 mm
• Length: 20 m
• Temperature range: -40 °C to 200 °C
• Colour: transparent

How to use

Slide the silicone sleeve over individual cables or pre-assembled cable bundles to provide continuous mechanical protection and insulation. For ease of installation, route cables through the sleeve from one end; the flexibility of the material allows bending around corners and through confined spaces. Cut the sleeve to the required length with a sharp tool, ensuring clean edges to avoid fraying. Secure the sleeve ends with suitable clamps or heat-resistant tape if fixed mounting is required.

Recommendations

For long-term installations, avoid prolonged exposure to sharp edges and chemicals not compatible with silicone. Inspect the sleeve periodically for cuts or compression damage, especially in high-vibration environments. When used in high-temperature applications, maintain adequate clearance from direct flame sources and consult equipment specifications to ensure safe operating conditions.
