The adapter has a compact, black housing suitable for use in desktop and AV installations where changing connector gender is required.

The adapter provides a simple and compact solution for reversing DisplayPort connector gender without altering cable runs. Gold-plated contacts improve contact reliability and resistance to corrosion. Its standardized DisplayPort interfaces maintain signal integrity for video and audio transmission while occupying minimal space.

• Connecting two DisplayPort cables when the connector genders need to be matched
• Adapting a DisplayPort cable to a device with the opposite connector gender
• AV racks, desktop PCs, monitors and docking stations requiring a gender change
