How to use

Place the grill on a stable, level and non-flammable surface outdoors, keeping it clear of overhangs and flammable materials. Connect the gas supply according to the gas connector specifications and local safety regulations, open the burner control knobs slightly and activate the ignition. Adjust each burner independently to create the desired heat zones for searing or slow cooking. Use the removable grill plate to cook food and the drip tray to collect grease. After cooking, turn off the gas supply, allow the grill to cool, then remove the grill plate and drip tray for cleaning in warm soapy water or according to manufacturer cleaning instructions.

Recommendations

Always follow local gas safety guidelines and the manufacturer’s instructions for installation, gas connection and ventilation. Preheat the grill for a few minutes before placing food on the cooking surface, monitor cooking temperatures by adjusting burner controls, and use utensils with heat-resistant handles. Regularly clean the drip tray and grill plate to prevent grease buildup and ensure consistent performance.
