Kaiser 23.0062.2040 irtopohjavuoka pyöreä musta 28 cm

The KAISER Cake ring 23.0062.2040 Round Black 28 cm is a removable-ring pan designed for baking round cakes and tarts with a 28 cm diameter. It combines a black outer ring with a transparent, heat-resistant glass base that allows you to serve bakes directly from oven to table. The removable base ensures easy release of shortcrust and other pastries while the glass plate is cut-resistant and dishwasher safe.

Advantages

The construction with a detachable ring and a glass base enables straightforward unmolding without inverting the cake; release the clasp and lift the ring off to present the cake on the base. The glass base is heat-resistant and cut-resistant, so you can slice the cake or tart directly on the plate and store leftovers in the refrigerator. The design ensures even baking and simple cleaning, and the nonstick or enamel options (where applicable) help prevent sticking for delicate doughs.

Suitable for

• Baking round cakes and tarts (28 cm diameter)
• Shortcrust pastry quiches and fruit tarts
• Serving directly from oven to table
• Cutting and refrigerating leftovers on the same base

Recommendations

Use appropriate oven temperatures as indicated by your recipe and avoid sudden temperature shocks to the glass base (for example, do not place a very hot base on a cold, wet surface). To protect the metal ring’s finish, avoid abrasive cleaners and sharp tools on the rim.
