Kalusteisiin asennettava uuni Electrolux EOD6F77WZ SteamBake 600, 72 L, katalyyttinen puhdistus, A+

Built-in Oven Electrolux EOD6F77WZ SteamBake 600 Catalysis combines SteamBake technology with a catalytic self-cleaning system. The oven offers a 70 L cooking cavity, nine cooking modes including convection and steam-assisted functions, a digital display and touch controls, and is designed for built-in installation.

Advantages

The SteamBake function introduces controlled steam at the start of baking to improve crust formation and crumb moisture. Catalytic linings simplify removal of grease from the inner walls, reducing manual scrubbing. A convection fan provides even heat distribution across the cavity, while touch controls and the digital display allow straightforward selection of modes and timer settings. The built-in design integrates with fitted kitchen layouts and saves countertop space.

Suitable for

• Baking bread and pastries that benefit from steam-assisted baking
• Roasting meat and vegetables with even heat distribution
• Everyday cooking using multiple preset functions and convection
• Kitchens requiring a built-in oven solution

How to use

Have the oven installed and electrically connected by a qualified technician following the manufacturer’s instructions and local regulations; ensure required clearances and ventilation for built-in installation. Before first use remove packaging and wipe the inner cavity with a soft damp cloth, and read the user manual. To operate, switch on the oven, choose the desired function on the touch panel and set temperature and time on the digital display; for bread and pastry select SteamBake or a steam-assisted mode at the initial baking stage. When using the steam function follow the manual’s instructions for water amount and steam duration. For cleaning use the catalytic linings to help remove grease and follow manufacturer guidance for heavy soiling and approved cleaning agents.

Recommendations

Use heat-resistant cookware and trays suitable for convection and steam modes. After cooling remove food residues, avoid abrasive cleaners on catalytic surfaces, and contact an authorized service center for installation or maintenance tasks.
