Adjust the thickness setting to the required level (up to 10 mm). Place the food in the composite carriage, hold the ergonomic pusher and slide the carriage along the textured ramp to make uniform cuts. Use the anti-skid feet to keep the mandoline stable during operation and handle blades with care when changing or cleaning.

Recommendations

Hand wash the blades to preserve their sharpness; the mandoline body is dishwasher-safe but blade care by hand washing is advised. Always use the ergonomic pusher and keep fingers away from exposed blades for safe operation.
