Kertakäyttöiset korvatulpat 3M 7100100263 vakiokoko 1 000 kpl

The 3M™ 1100 disposable earplugs are tapered foam earplugs designed to be inserted into the ear canal to reduce exposure to hazardous noise levels. Tested and approved to EN 352-2:2020, they provide up to 35 dB of noise reduction and are available in refill bottles and bags for use with 3M™ E-A-R™ One Touch™ Pro dispensers. The soft, hypoallergenic foam reacts to body temperature to soften after insertion, improving comfort during extended wear. The model is compatible with the 3M™ E-A-RFit™ Dual-Ear Validation System and can be supplied as a probed plug for fit testing.

Advantages

The tapered design helps achieve a reliable seal across a wide range of ear canal sizes while being easy to roll down and insert. Constructed from soft hypoallergenic foam, the plugs soften with body heat to enhance comfort for longer periods of use. Fully tested to EN 352-2:2020, they offer consistent attenuation performance up to 35 dB. Availability in bulk refill bottles and bags enables convenient on-site access with reduced packaging waste and compatibility with dispenser systems.

How to use

Roll the earplug between fingers to compress the foam, reach over the head with the opposite hand to pull the ear upward and outward, then insert the compressed plug into the ear canal and hold in place until the foam expands to form a seal. Use a probed plug when performing fit testing with compatible validation systems. Replace plugs after soiling, loss of elasticity, or as required by workplace safety procedures. Dispose of used plugs according to local waste regulations.

Recommendations

Inspect ears for cleanliness before insertion and follow workplace hearing protection policies. Choose the normal size for standard ear canal dimensions; if fit is not adequate, consult alternative sizes or earplug models. Store refill bottles and bags in a clean, dry place to maintain hygiene and performance.
