The kwb HSS-Co twist drill bit (KWB 248025) is a right-hand rotation drill designed for precise drilling in alloyed and unalloyed steel, stainless steel (V2A/V4A), grey cast iron, cast steel, bronze and plastics. Manufactured to DIN 338 from high-speed steel with 5% cobalt, it features a 135° point angle with a split point according to DIN 1412 C for reliable self-centring and reduced walking. How to use

Secure the parallel shank in a suitable chuck and tighten firmly. Start drilling at low speed to allow the split point to self-centre, then increase speed and feed according to material and drill diameter.
