Koaksiaaliliitin DELOCK 89757 FAKRA C -pistoke, kullatut koskettimet, 9,4×25,6×7,4 mm

DELOCK 89757 is a coaxial FAKRA C male connector with gold-plated contacts designed for reliable RF signal transmission in compact assemblies. Its small footprint (9.4 × 25.6 × 7.4 mm) makes the connector suitable for applications where space is limited, such as automotive modules, telematics units and communication devices. Supplied in a polybag, this plug is intended for cable assemblies, repairs and prototyping of radio frequency lines and provides a secure, keyed mating interface for compatible FAKRA C sockets.

Advantages

The connector features gold-plated contacts to ensure low-contact resistance and improved corrosion resistance over time. The standardized FAKRA C form factor offers secure mechanical retention and correct orientation during mating, reducing the risk of misconnection. Compact dimensions and a robust coaxial structure support consistent RF performance in constrained installation spaces. The product’s design eases assembly for cable harnesses and field repairs while maintaining signal integrity.

How to use

Strip and prepare the coaxial cable according to the cable manufacturer’s recommendations, ensuring correct conductor and shield exposure for the connector type. Insert the prepared cable into the connector body and secure the inner contact and outer shield per the connector’s assembly method; verify that the gold-plated contact engages fully and that the mating key aligns with the corresponding socket. After assembly, test the RF continuity and return loss as required to confirm correct installation and signal integrity.

Recommendations

Use the connector with matching FAKRA C sockets and compatible coaxial cables rated for the intended frequency range. Avoid excessive bending or mechanical stress near the termination point and perform regular inspections in high-vibration or outdoor environments to ensure long-term connection reliability.
