Kotelo Rittal AX 1005000 ruostumaton teräs kompakti ohjauskaappi 300×380×210 mm

Compact control cabinet Rittal AX 1005000 in stainless steel with external dimensions 300×380×210 mm is designed to protect electrical and electronic components in industrial and commercial environments. The enclosure offers a corrosion-resistant housing and a compact footprint that accommodates small control panels, junctions and basic automation modules while facilitating orderly cable entry and component mounting.

Advantages

The stainless steel construction provides enhanced resistance to corrosive atmospheres and mechanical wear compared with standard painted enclosures. Its compact dimensions save installation space while maintaining sufficient internal volume for common terminal blocks, circuit breakers and small PLCs. The design allows straightforward mounting of components and cable routing, and the robust door and frame deliver reliable protection for sensitive equipment.

How to use

Install the cabinet on a suitable wall or frame using appropriate fasteners that match the substrate and the enclosure weight. Before mounting components, fit the internal mounting plate and secure it at the recommended positions. Route cables through prepared entry points or glands, observing separation of power and signal conductors where necessary. Mount terminal blocks, breakers and control modules onto the internal plate, and tighten all connections according to component manufacturer torque specifications. Ensure door sealing surfaces are clean and close the door to maintain the enclosure’s protective properties.

Recommendations

Select cable glands and seals rated for the intended environment and maintain periodic inspections of gaskets and fixings. For outdoor or high-corrosion sites, verify the stainless steel grade and any additional protective measures. Follow local electrical codes when wiring and grounding the enclosure; if necessary, consult a qualified electrician for installation and commissioning.
