Kuitukaapeli METZ CONNECT 151P7EAJAB0E SC LC I-V(ZN) H 20 m valkoinen

The METZ CONNECT 151P7EAJAB0E SC LC I-V(ZN) H 20 m White is a 20-metre indoor fibre optic patch cable equipped with an SC connector on one end and an LC connector on the other. It uses G.657.A2 single-mode fibre with a 9 µm core diameter, offering compatibility with common single-mode systems and low bending sensitivity for reliable signal transmission in confined routing spaces. The I-V(ZN) H cable jacket is intended for indoor installations and delivers a balance of flexibility and mechanical protection in white finish.

Advantages

The cable's G.657.A2 fibre type reduces macrobending loss compared with older single-mode variants, supporting stable transmission where tight routing or cable trays are required. With SC to LC termination, the cable provides interoperability between equipment using different connector standards, simplifying connections in patch panels and network devices. The 20 m length allows extended reach within data centres, server rooms or office environments while the indoor-rated jacket offers adequate durability for typical internal installations.

Suitable for

• Interconnecting network equipment in data centres and server rooms
• Patch panel to switch or transceiver connections
• Indoor backbone and horizontal fibre runs in offices
• Fiber links in telecom and LAN infrastructures requiring SC–LC interfaces

Key specifications

• Fibre type: single-mode G.657.A2, 9 µm core
• Length: 20 m
• Connectors: SC (one end) to LC (other end)
• Cable category: indoor I-V(ZN) H
• Jacket colour: white
• Application: patch cable for optical data transmission

How to use

Route the cable avoiding excessive bending and tight radii; follow the minimum bend radius recommended for G.657.A2 fibre to preserve optical performance. Insert the SC and LC connectors into the corresponding sockets on patch panels, transceivers or network devices until they click or seat securely. Use proper strain relief at both ends and organise the cable within trays or management panels to prevent mechanical stress and maintain signal stability.

Recommendations

For best results, store and deploy the cable in a clean environment, keep connector endfaces protected until installation, and inspect or clean connectors with appropriate fibre cleaning tools before mating. Avoid running indoor fibre cables alongside high-voltage power lines and maintain separation from electromagnetic interference sources to ensure consistent performance.
