Kuitupaneeli Rutenbeck 2280305240 SC Duplex MM 24 porttia 1U 48,3 cm

Rutenbeck fiber optic patch panel 2280305240 is a 1U, 48.3 cm rack-mount enclosure designed to house and manage up to 24 SC Duplex multimode connections. The unit provides a compact, standardized interface for fiber termination and patching within LAN infrastructures, data centers and telecommunications racks. It supports organized front-facing connector access and internal cable routing to simplify maintenance and reconfiguration tasks.

Advantages

The patch panel delivers a space-efficient 1U footprint with 24 SC Duplex MM ports for dense multimode connectivity. Its front-access connectors and secure mounting reduce connector strain and support consistent optical alignment. The enclosure allows tidy cable routing and management to minimize signal interference and to facilitate quick changes during network upgrades or repairs.

Key specifications

How to use

Install the patch panel into a standard 19" rack occupying one rack unit (1U). Securely fasten the enclosure with appropriate rack screws and ensure it is level. Route incoming multimode fiber cables into the rear of the enclosure, terminate fibers with SC Duplex connectors and insert connectors into the front-facing adapters. Use the internal cable routing features to secure excess cable length and to avoid tight bends. Label ports clearly to match the network documentation for straightforward identification during maintenance.

Recommendations

Maintain bend radii above the minimum recommended for multimode fiber and avoid excessive tension on terminated cables. Keep dust caps on unused SC ports and perform cleaning of connectors before mating. For optimal performance, follow standard fiber handling and inspection procedures and align port labeling with your patching plans to reduce downtime during reconfiguration.
