Kumikanava EUROLITE 180 cm, malli 50510170

EUROLITE Rubber Channel 180 cm (model 50510170) is a straight rubber channel designed to protect and route cables and small hoses. With a length of 180 cm and resilient rubber construction, it reduces abrasion and vibration while keeping cable runs tidy in stage, event, workshop, or temporary installation environments. The channel provides basic mechanical protection and a non-slip surface to help prevent accidental displacement of cables during use.

Advantages

The rubber material offers durability and flexibility, absorbing vibration and minimizing wear on cable jackets. Its full-length profile supports continuous, sheltered routing of multiple cables or small hoses and helps keep work and event areas organized. The non-metallic construction provides basic insulation and prevents scratching of sensitive surfaces. The 180 cm length reduces the number of joins needed for medium-length runs.

How to use

Place the rubber channel along the intended cable path on a clean, dry surface. Lay cables or small hoses into the channel, ensuring they sit fully within the profile and do not exceed the channel’s internal capacity. For longer runs, align multiple channels end-to-end on level surfaces and check that joints are flush to maintain continuous protection. Use appropriate securing methods (tape, clamps or fasteners suitable for rubber and the installation surface) where semi-permanent fixing is required. Inspect the channel periodically for damage and replace if significant wear or tearing is observed.

Recommendations

For safe operation, avoid overfilling the channel with bulky connectors or cables that can force the profile open. Do not use the rubber channel where full, continuous load-bearing traffic is expected unless protected by additional ramps or covers designed for vehicle loads. Clean the product with mild soap and water; avoid petroleum-based solvents that may degrade the rubber.
