Kumipehmuste ks tools 115×100×70 mm malli 160.0392 yleiskäyttöiseen tukeen ja suojaukseen

Universal rubber pad ks tools 115×100×70 mm model 160.0392 is a compact protective pad designed to provide stable support, cushioning and surface protection where tools, machinery or vehicle contact points meet floors or lifting equipment. The pad's durable rubber construction reduces slipping and helps prevent scratches, dents and other damage to contact surfaces in garages, workshops and industrial environments.

Advantages

The rubber pad offers a combination of resilience and stability, absorbing impact and distributing load to protect both the supported object and the underlying surface. Its non-slip material improves grip under pressure and minimises lateral movement. The compact dimensions make it easy to position in tight spaces and convenient to store or transport. The simple geometry facilitates reliable placement under jacks, stands, supports or equipment feet.

Suitable for

• Protecting vehicle jacking points and lift contact areas
• Providing cushioning for workshop stands and benches
• Supporting machinery feet to reduce vibration and surface damage
• Use as a temporary buffer when moving or positioning heavy items

Key specifications

• Material: molded rubber for wear resistance and grip
• Dimensions: approximately 115 × 100 × 70 mm (length × width × height)
• Shape: rectangular block suitable for flat contact surfaces
• Surface: textured non-slip contact faces
• Weight: lightweight and compact for easy handling

How to use

Place the rubber pad directly under the contact point of the jack, stand or equipment foot so that it fully supports the load-bearing area. Ensure the pad sits flat on both the supporting surface and the supported object to avoid uneven pressure. For lifting operations, confirm stable placement and re-check alignment after initial load is applied. When used for vibration damping or floor protection, position one or more pads under each support point according to the load distribution.

Recommendations

Inspect the pad before each use for significant wear, deep cuts or hardening of the rubber; replace if damaged. Keep the contact surfaces clean and free of oil or debris to maintain non-slip performance. Use appropriate number and size of pads for the applied load and avoid exposing the rubber to open flames or aggressive chemicals that can degrade the material.
