Kutistesukka DeLOCK 20909 196 kpl musta punainen 2:1

This DeLOCK heat shrink tube set contains 196 pieces in black and red made of polyolefin with a 2:1 shrinkage ratio. The sleeves are designed to insulate, protect and bundle wires and cables, providing flexibility and resistance to chemicals and mechanical stress. The set is supplied in a reusable storage box that keeps the tubes clean and organised.

Advantages

The assortment includes six diameters and two colours, allowing selection for different cable thicknesses and visual identification. Polyolefin construction ensures reliable electrical insulation, good flexibility and chemical resistance. The practical storage box protects the tubes from dirt and simplifies transport and storage.

Suitable for

• Insulating electrical connections and solder joints
• Protecting cables from mechanical wear and weather exposure
• Bundling and colour-coding wire harnesses
• Workshop repairs, home electrical projects and industrial wiring tasks

How to use

Slide the appropriate diameter tube over the cable or connection. Apply heat evenly (for example with a hot air gun) until the tube contracts and conforms to the cable; at a 2:1 shrinkage ratio the sleeve reduces to approximately half its original diameter. Allow the tube to cool so it forms a secure insulated covering.

Recommendations

Use a temperature-controlled heat source and keep the heat source moving to avoid overheating or damaging wires and insulation. Choose a tube diameter slightly larger than the component before shrinking to ensure proper coverage. Store tubes in the supplied box away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.
