Ladattava paristo Varta 1/V 15 H

The Varta 1/V 15 H is a Nickel-Metal Hydride (NiMH) rechargeable battery with a nominal voltage of 1.2 V designed for repeated charging and discharging. It provides a reliable, sustainable power source for a variety of low- to medium-drain devices. The cell is manufactured to deliver consistent voltage over its discharge curve and to retain charge with a relatively low self-discharge rate, making it suitable for both occasional and daily use.

Advantages

The Varta 1/V 15 H offers long cycle life and stable performance through many charge/discharge cycles, reducing the need for frequent battery replacement. Its NiMH chemistry avoids the use of heavy metals found in older rechargeable types and supports environmentally friendly reuse. The battery's low self-discharge helps maintain usable charge during storage, and its consistent nominal voltage ensures predictable behavior in compatible devices.

Suitable for

• Portable audio devices and small electronics
• Remote controls and wireless accessories
• Battery-operated measuring tools and sensors
• Everyday household devices requiring 1.2 V NiMH cells

Key specifications

• Chemistry: Nickel-Metal Hydride (NiMH)
• Rated voltage: 1.2 V nominal
• Rechargeable: yes, designed for multiple charge/discharge cycles
• Typical applications: low- to medium-drain devices
• Self-discharge: low relative to older NiMH cells (designed for longer storage retention)

How to use

Install the Varta 1/V 15 H cell into compatible devices following the device polarity markings. Charge the battery using a charger specified for NiMH cells and compatible with the cell's size and capacity; follow the charger manufacturer's instructions for charge current and duration. Avoid charging in chargers that are intended only for primary (non-rechargeable) batteries. Do not short-circuit the terminals or expose the battery to high temperatures. For best results, condition new batteries by performing one or two full charge/discharge cycles before regular use.
