LANBERG sovitin DisplayPort(m)->hdmi(f) 10 cm

The Lanberg AD-0009-BK is a compact 0.1 m video cable adapter that converts a DisplayPort output to an HDMI Type A input, enabling connection of HDMI displays such as monitors and TVs to devices with DisplayPort. The adapter is finished in black and designed for straightforward plug-and-play use without an external power source. It supports high-resolution signals up to 4K and is suitable for laptop and desktop systems where a DisplayPort-to-HDMI interface is required.

Advantages

The adapter offers a durable housing and reliable electrical contacts to ensure stable signal transmission between DisplayPort sources and HDMI displays. Its short 0.1 m length minimises clutter and signal attenuation in close-proximity setups. No external power is needed, simplifying installation and reducing cable management complexity. The device supports high-definition video up to 4K, making it compatible with modern displays and common multimedia workflows.

Suitable for

• Connecting a laptop or desktop with DisplayPort to an HDMI monitor or TV
• Home entertainment setups that require DisplayPort-to-HDMI conversion
• Office presentations and meeting rooms using HDMI projectors or displays
• Small desk setups where a short, tidy adapter is preferred

How to use

Insert the DisplayPort end of the Lanberg AD-0009-BK into the DisplayPort output on your computer. Plug the HDMI Type A connector into the HDMI input on the target display, TV or projector. Once connected, select the appropriate input on the display and configure display settings on the source device if necessary (resolution, multi-monitor arrangement). The adapter is plug-and-play and usually requires no additional drivers or power supply.

Recommendations

For best results, use the adapter with devices and displays that support the same maximum resolution and refresh rate. Keep cable runs short and avoid sharp bends near the connectors to preserve signal integrity. If you experience signal or resolution limitations, check the source device output settings and the display input capabilities.
